The Challenge
Decor, a premier retailer of the finest quality lighting, lampshades, and furniture in Yorkshire, approached us with the need to elevate their brand to better reflect the high caliber of their offerings. While known for their exquisite product range and expert craftsmanship, Decor’s existing brand identity did not fully capture the sophistication and trustworthiness that defines their business. They required a rebrand that would communicate their commitment to quality across all touchpoints, both online and offline, creating a cohesive and luxurious experience for their discerning customers.

Understanding that Decor’s reputation is built on their dedication to excellence in lighting, lampshades, and furniture, we set out to create a brand identity that would allow these qualities to truly shine.
Our focus was on developing a sleek, elegant identity and a trustworthy tone of voice that would resonate with their target audience, enhancing their market position as Yorkshire’s go-to retailer for premium lighting, lampshades and home furnishings.
Brand Identity
We designed a sophisticated visual identity that mirrors the quality and elegance of Decor’s product offerings. The new logo features clean lines and a refined color palette that evokes luxury and timelessness, perfectly complementing the premium nature of their lighting, lampshades, and furniture. This identity was meticulously applied across all brand materials, from in-store signage to packaging and print collateral, ensuring a cohesive and polished look that reflects Decor’s high standards.

To match the new visual identity, we crafted a tone of voice that is both elegant and authoritative. This refined communication style speaks directly to Decor’s clientele, who value craftsmanship and quality. Whether in marketing materials, on the website, or in customer interactions, Decor now communicates with a voice that is confident, knowledgeable, and reflective of their premium offerings.
The results
The rebrand has successfully repositioned Decor as a leader in Yorkshire’s high-end home furnishings market. The new identity has not only enhanced their visual appeal but also solidified their reputation as the trusted source for quality lighting, lampshades, and furniture. The refined tone of voice has deepened customer engagement, both online and in-store, helping to build lasting relationships with their clientele.
When we took over Décor, the business was tired and in need of modernising. We went to Redbak with a brief that we needed to update the Decor brand and build a new website, whilst retaining Décor’s 70 year heritage and classic look.
We were more than happy with the results and our business and website has gone from strength to strength. We have retained Redbak’s services ever since and they are currently redesigning our website to launch next year.
