Strategic designer and brand consultant with over 20 years of agency experience. Founder and director of Redbak, a design agency based in Yorkshire. Matt is driven by how great ideas can transform brands and businesses through truly authentic audience engagement.

Using a hands-on, collaborative and design-led approach, Matt believes collaboration is the key ingredient in the quest for great ideas and results. Rachel joined Redbak 3 years ago,
after she had her son. She had known Matt for a long time, they shared a common goal which is to deliver exceptional work to great clients, with the help of a fabulous team.

Previously she has worked at Golley Slater as their AD on the P&G UK account covering all of their brands including: Max Factor, Tampax, Fairy, Lenor, Head & Shoulders, Pantene, Gillette, (to name a few!) and before that she worked both client side and agency across a mass of clients including: ASDA, Morrisons, DFS, Co-op, Mizuno, Booths, Teva Pharmaceuticals, Coca cola.

Matthew Roebuck
Digital Designer

An eagle eyed attention to detail. Digital wizardry.

Binge watch a box set. Old fashioned sweets. Checked Shirts and staying up very, very late.

Matthew is our safe pair of hands. A meticulous graphic designer, digital guru and animator, he is the go-to problem solver, always smiling no matter how tough a problem. Sleep is not in Matthew’s vocabulary, working hard into the wee hours is common and you’ll never find him out of a check shirt no matter what the weather.
