With an already established brand that was known for bespoke Golf Travel, we were asked if we could look at re-branding the company Golf de la Luz. We recognised the importance of showcasing the one-on-one dialogue the company excelled at between the customer and the agent. It was vital the final solution oozed friendliness and approachability, but most of all reflected the expertise that they had their field. By repositioning them with a brand new name that reflected the no hassle “go to people for golf travel” approach and using the owner and employees as the ambassadors of the company, the customer feels reassured by seeing exactly who they are dealing with.
