Redbak design has been brought together after years of experience from working in the web and graphic design industry. The team has a relaxed but hard working ethics with a common passion for the industry in which we work.
Matthew Gledhill
Business manager & designer
Matt graduated in 1998 after completing a degree in Design Marketing. He then took a year out which saw him travelling Australia. This didn't stop him from designing though, as Matt got a job at a travel company in Byron Bay as a Graphic Designer 'www.wickedtravel.com.au'
After coming face to face with quite a few creepy crawlies during his travels, the company name reflects one of those beasties and has stuck ever since.
Matt has great experience in design and has worked for many different clients. He also enjoys talking with clients and getting involved with the project management and the general management of the business. His role at Redbak reflects this but he still keeps a hand in the design at all stages.

Tim Horner
Technical developer
Tim also graduated from University in 1998 in Business Management, but always had an eye for design after completing an art A-Level. Tim's first job was working for the University of Huddersfield, as a researcher but soon found his job role changing.
He was soon developing e-learning technologies and managing the Hospitality Department's websites. During his time there he also took the opportunity to study a more relevant course and is currently completing a MSc in Internet Application Development.
Tim'srole at Redbak is to develop websites, he has a keen eye for web standards, usability and accessibility issues and a strong understanding of the complete web design process.
